Welcome to MyAIHealthTracker. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and MyAIHealthTracker ("we," "us," or "the app") that applies when you use our website and services at myaihealthtracker.com. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
⚕️ Important: not medical advice
MyAIHealthTracker is a personal tracking and encouragement tool for general informational purposes only. It is not medical, nutritional, or professional health advice, and it is not a substitute for a qualified doctor, dietitian, or other healthcare professional.
Our calorie and nutrition figures, coaching notes, recipes, and exercise estimates are generated by artificial intelligence and are approximate. They may be inaccurate for your specific foods, portions, or circumstances, and should not be relied on for medical decisions.
Always consult a healthcare professional before making changes to your diet, exercise, or health routine, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, take medication, or have a history of disordered eating. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something in the app. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or emergency services immediately.
Who can use the app
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, or be at least 13 and use the app with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian. By using the app you confirm you meet this requirement.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Please give us accurate information and let us know if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
Subscriptions, free trial, and billing
- Pricing. The app is offered by subscription at $5.99 per month or $49.99 per year. Applicable taxes may apply.
- Free trial. New subscribers may start with a 7-day free trial. You provide a payment method up front, and you will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.
- Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us, through our payment processor, to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
- Cancelling. You can cancel any time in one tap from within the app. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
- Refunds. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable for periods already started. We may make exceptions at our discretion — just reach out.
- Price changes. We may change subscription prices in the future; if we do, we'll give you notice and any change will apply to your next billing period, not the current one.
- Beta testers. Beta testers have free access until July 31, 2027, after which normal subscription terms apply.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app. In particular, you agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
- Attempt to disrupt, damage, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the app or its systems;
- Use the app to build a competing product, or resell it, without our permission.
Your data and content
The information you enter is yours. You grant us permission to store and process it as needed to provide the app to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. The app itself — including its design, text, and software — belongs to us and may not be copied without permission.
The app is provided "as is"
We work hard to make the app helpful and reliable, but we provide it "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app, its AI estimates, or its results will be accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyAIHealthTracker and its founder will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any health outcomes, arising from your use of the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "last updated" date above, and significant changes will be communicated where reasonable. Continuing to use the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
